Why did they call this League location a city but no other is my real question. Indigo Plateau is just a plateau and Mt Lanakila is just a mountain peak. Everywhere else is just some place, but this is specifically a city

In the anime, there's a regular looking city next to the Hoenn League. Maybe that's Evergrande Residential?

I'm forever mad they didn't fix this in the remake.
Either make it a city or change its name, it shouldn't be too difficult. There already are citites with only two or three buildings for fucks's sake.
