These are very near my top 3 in each. Torchic is my #1 Fire starter, and Froakie and Snivy are my #2 for their types; however, I think I prefer both Snivy and Froakie to Torchic. In this case, it's... really even. I find it hard to decide between them, but I feel I would go Snivy, just because it would feel fresher in a new environment than Froakie would imo.
