I'd go with Mandibuzz. I already liked it when it came out, but the added info with the cubone line really pushed it over the edge for me this gen. I especially loved how they made it plausible for the two mons from different generations to interact with each other when they're in the same habitat.
Toucanon, skarmory, oricorio, and wingull/ pelliper are also great.
