The the buff this gen is still not enough to make it at least viable. Just give it +10 in hp and defenses and we are good.Liquidation(Gyarados would enjoy it) is useless on something thats going to use special sets, even though it's a superior waterfall. And i'm trying to forget the Mareanie-Corsola bs

It's always been a "shitmon", so no surprise they made it prey in lore. The only thing to take out of it positive or negative in SM is that they gave it a BST buff, and that it still isn't as much as it would like.
