150BP isn't worth wasting a turn for, that could easily get you killed, when you have tons of alternatives that are just as good for OHKOing your opponent.
Maybe Breakneck Blitz based on it, but that's still only probably around 210 BP and not really worth wasting a move- and itemslot for.
