I fucking hate Pokemon innacuracies, I have a feeling it would be much better game if Pokemon actualy could learn attacks that they are described in Pokedex or shown in other media.

Theyre are still counters to it, it would be unnfected by techician and we see more broken pokemon than that

Are you insane? That's brilliant. Think of what it would do to the meta! One Pokemon whose power could easily neuter 99% of competitive Smogon sets! It would force players to always build teams with the thought: "but what if they bring a Mr. Mime?" and include a power 70 or less move *somewhere* on their team.
