Everything which isn't in Tier 4 is shit. So you are likely wasting time if you play SM OU or some other bullshit.
On the other hand first 4 gens OU was good.

Smeargle's probably one of the easiest. If you want ALL the ribbons, it has to be one of these (except for a few of the higher leveled ones):
