Azu still has more power because of how huge power works, better phys bulk, Belly Drum and a nice Priority move. Primarina has better coverage, special bulk, is faster and doesn't suffer from burns by Scald.
Azumarill is more of a sweeper, Primarina is usually used early game.

Sparkling Aria already is a better Surf that hits through subs, being a sound move with the same power as Hyper Voice. Liquid Voice is literally useless in singles right now, sadly.
