Some Pokemon are made to be shitmons, common and mowed down for EXP. This thread isn't for those Pokemon. Some mons have great designs or concepts, are rare, are built up as powerful in the dex or by general appearance - but have stats that mean they'll never see OU. I'm not saying they deserved to be pseudo-tier, they just deserved better.
Some Pokemon have stats that, while not bad, don't suit their design. Any fixes for them are also welcome.

No starter has a off-Attack that low. Primarina has an Attack of 74, Delphox is the lowest with 69.
Incineroar didnt do so badly in that regard. 70's a pretty good deal- it doesnt 'deserve' minmaxing beyond that level

You're right that 540 may be overkill, though. Was kind of thrown off by the fact that Vanilluxe has 535.
