Hacked mine a couple weeks ago and its fucking great.

I can inject whatever mons I want straight from the 3ds to the game.
I've also gotten Monster Hunter Generations, Kirby and the Amazing Mirror, and about to get OR/AS and S/M.

I know jack squat about all the technical lingo of CFW and homebrew and I installed it while on vacation with the in-laws. It's literally that easy

Only problem is system updates and there's no point in that anymore since the 3DS is dead as fuck and even then, once it updates you will be updating as well to keep your shit. Through I don't know, I use PKSM and haven't updated since, I think January.
