to be fair rock types are cucked hard by gf

Well first off that's it's hidden abillity so it's not going to be commonly encountered in game. But even further to the point, i played sun partially becuase i preffer midday doggo's appearance and used midday doggo on my team. I wasn't even aware until now the midday and midnight forms had different abilities.

Rock is great offensively but shit defensively. The problem is GF will either make them defensive which they think is balanced by their typing or slow as fuck. Rock is good but needs to be fast to work effectively.

Also make them be able to clear stealth rock like poison types with T-spikes.

Create a Rock type Recover, give it bananas distribution to Rock types.
Either that or Shore up.
Same for either Accelerock or Rock Polish, give them to basically every Rock type.
