Well, it's true that it can't lower that in me, but still, I can say I'd have killed myself a few years ago it if wasn't for Pokémon.

Right now, I was breeding to pass the time, then suddently I realised a lot of things and depressed even further.

Rule 34 is the only thing keeping me alive for the tume being, also overwatch

Well my depression is less crippling & my will to live is solidifying, so it's certainly not doing any harm

Video games are never a cure: they're a tool for coping. If you start pretending this shit is anything more than that you're just asking for more problems

Things can get better senpai. Sometimes escapism can be of use in that but ultimately any fixes have to come from elsewhere
