the anime splits in 3 timelines
in the OS/AG/DP timeline, in this timeline Ash beats Paul but in the sinnoh league finals (Tobias never enter to the league), Ash decides remains in Sinnoh with Dawn in twinleaf town to defend the title, also Dawn beats Zoey in the finals and becomes top coordinator, Brock goes to kanto to becomes a doctor and Pearlshipping becomes canon
in the BW/XY timeline Ash beats Alain in the finals and becomes chmpion, after this Ash and the other defeats team flare, alos Serena beats Aria and becomes Kalos Queen, Ash remains in Kalos with his friends and never left greninja or goodra, Amour becomes canon but only in this timeline

Replacy Pignite with Krookodile.

All tho pignite was the strongest unova starter, he wasn't the strongest unova pokemon, you could either replace it with krookadile or charizard again, because if you don't know, charizard was the strongest unova pokemon ash had if you don't count krookadile.
Aside from that it's looking pretty good and everything is in order.
