1.1 sounds good enough, crits are janks anyways, most people don't rely on them so it's still essentially a free 10% damage boost

Crits are needed to balance the metagame. Many 1850+ ELO OU competitive players rely on critical hits to get them out of stall battles.
Depending on the Pokemon it could them a better sweeper. But being able to crit kill things is a big deal, it changes a bunch of 2HKOs into 1HKOs on almost every offensive Pokemon, which is arguably better then more consistent power. It'd be a neat ability with either number, but I doubt the trade off would be worth it in the long run, at least at 1.1. I'm way to lazy to confirm that with a damage calculator however.

Still, a 20% boost is huge, you'd have to balance the pokemon around that ability, not just give it to anything
