A new form based on the schooling concept isn't a very creative idea. Instead, make it a terrain. When an Unown has the ability, more Unown start flooding the field, turning it into OP's image, keeping the original Unown intact.
Stacks with other terrains, but reverses type-boosts.
Unown's stats increase while active.
Hidden Power is based on the HP typings of every member of your party simultaneously, prioritizing whichever is most effective on the target.
Unown's attack animation also has extra Unown fly in from the field to strike.
