Hydreigon was UU in Gen 6 and is still UU now. It's alright, but it gets completely cucked by your pic's evolution. Still, having a really good moveset, offensive typing and decent stats makes it a really good UU Pokémon.

Hydriegon is still faster than than all those fairies. Hydriegon still has u-turn for sexcellent mentum plays. Hydriegon still hits like a truck if their fairy is out of play. Hydriegon is still surprisingly versatile on support. Hydriegon still has 105 attack and meme coverage there too. It's just really good in general and 3 speed points short of OU forever like garchomp.
