The design is fine. Just give it a better designed evolution. Klanklang is the biggest waste of potential ever.

Klink is a perfect design, it's the evolutions that should of been better, even Klang is fine but Klinklang just fucking sucks

I like its design the way it is. Only thing I would change is its level-up moveset and give it a better ability, maybe.

Also, why doesn't it learn Rapid Spin again?

maybe a "slow" and frail mixed attacker that activates an effect like trick-room for as long as it is on the field. It can use various elemental special attacks and can also use rapid spin.
