Toucannon. Beak Blast is the best Flying-type move in a while (it burns any opponent that makes contact before Toucannon moves), Skill Link gives it good coverage moves in Rock Blast and Bullet Seed, but it can't take many hits and I know it must be slow to take advantage of Beak Blast but it is too slow to compensate its bulk, also Normal/Flying.

Any Pokémon with Harvest. They are only viable in Harsh Sunlight but they have a lot of weaknesses paored with increased Fire-type damage.

I love its design. Receiver sounded like a really fucking good ability in doubles and VGC, allowing for some pretty sneaky plays and options, it's even has average bulk... and then there's its mediocre stats and slightly below average movepool which complety destroy all the good things it has going for it. At least I can hope that it gets some love in terms of merch and anime.

Mantine. It is a special Skarmory but with the Water-type replacing the Steel-type, but its abilities are either weather dependant (Swift Swim), veru situational (Water Absorb) or useless (Water Veil). Also the x4 weakness to Electric moves completely kills its viability as a defensive Pokémon. In Sun and Moon it received +20 points in HP and Roost but even with those buffs it is still being completely shit.
