It's like Game Freak programmed a special AI to Pelipper that forces it to timer stall as much as possible. I've literally faced a wild Pelipper that used Protect five (5) times in a row. First a successful double Protect, then failed once, then another successful double Protect.

The fucking Snorunts on Mt Lanakila as well, I swear they are programmed to always use Protect on the first turn, while the Absol use Detect at least 50% of the time.
