This would explain the "Gamefreak Pokemon Switch game" that keeps popping up in rumors. Pokemon Go is much more "official" than the other spin-off games, so it wouldn't be too surprising if Gamefreak themselves did the Switch version.

I don't know in what way you mean that. Game Freak, TPCI and Nintendo had very little to do with Pokémon Go other than providing themes and graphics. If it's had more press attention from TPCI, that's only because it made so much money.

I don't think it's meant to be Pokémon Go for the Switch. The idea is that it's a game about setting up your own Pokémon Centre/Lab, which then has an optional link to Pokémon Go, which is still on a smartphone, so you can use your Switch as a Pokémon Centre.

Reasons why this seems legit:
>Japanese is pretty much legit as it can get.
>The Pokemon GO screencap they use is obviously updated with clouds. More likely than now a fake would just take a current screencap of the game
>It sounds boring and useless and kind of stupid which is exactly what Gamefreak would do, possibly to test the waters for Pokemon games on the Switch
