When I started to EV I experienced this many times like a pleb.
That's when you change gears and go HP training with Caterpie.

It was terrible.
My solution was a Tapu Koko with False Swipe, Shock Wave, and Rain Dance to check for the HA. I even set up stealth rocks so that I wouldn't have to damage every new Morelull to check for Rain Dish.

Ah, well it's not too hard to run from a few encounters. Exp grinding Bewear is the only one I can think of that's a real asspain there.
