HA for Rowlet is awful. Long Reach? That's the most situational thing, most moves save for Leaf Blade aren't even contact.

Litten's HA is awesome, though, and I'm not even a fan of it. Intimidate really helps Incineroar and his bulk.

As a Popplio fan myself I can say its HA is pretty good, especially if it gets a buff in later gens. Hyper Voice is great if you want an alternative to Sparkling Aria, and its a sidegrade, so Torrent and Liquid Voice are both excellent choices for Popplio.

TL;DR: Rowlet's HA is hideous, Litten's is lit and Popplio's great.

imo torrent is better in singles, because you already have 2 other 90 BP stab moves, and having an extra power to these moves at low health is better than bypassing subs.

Long Reach is (kinda) useful for U-Turn. Liquid Voice is good in doubles but bad in singles, as Sparkling Aria already goes through subs by default, fellow true Primarina bro. It has the chance of becoming useful through Primarina getting Boomburst though, so that's cool.

Save Incineroar? Are you fucking joking? Mediocre bulk, average attack, horrible speed and its garbage defensive typing are already way too many negative points to "save it". Sure when it gets Intimidate can lower the opposing attack stat for free but what good does a suicide mon that lowers your attack do when there's way better options? Especially in a meta that is full of special attackers like the Tapus, Primarina and Magearna. Just use Arcanine, Landorus or Salamence. They are way more reliable.

Even though that post feels like bait, it is kind of a mediocre defensive Typing, being weak to ground, fighting, water (which are all super common) and stealth rock. It has many resistances though, so maybe I'm wrong. It is/would be an amazing offensive typing if only Incineroar was faster.

Maybe it is ok for U-Turn, but Overgrowth just appeals more to me anyway. And even then, I think very few mons use Rocky Helmet or have an ability like Rough Skin/Iron Barbs. If they do, odds are their physical bulk is excellent, so might as well just use a special move to hit their weaker side (probably won't apply to pyukumuku though).

Liquid Voice is indeed not as good as Torrent in singles, but I rather be "futureproofed"

Incineroar is literally made to utilize Bulk-Up. Aside from Attack, its main stat is Defence which helps it even more. Hes an entirely physical mon, not a special one. Don't forget he gets Flame Charge. His typing even is fine defensively, and his signature move helps him a lot sometimes.
