i'd argue that it's worse than most babies because as is chimecho, it's evolved form, was weak to begin with and need a buff, not a pre-evolved dex filler mon.

chingling's a decent dual screen setter, and unlike other bulky psychic types in LC she has wish and hypnosis. a decent mon in any team for sure.
