Pichu is cute but unfortunately it is bad and Elekid is better in pretty much every single way. If you absolutely must use it just slap a Choice item on it and click Volt Tackle until it dies.

Addendum: Consider swapping Drilbur's Eviolite out for Berry Juice since hazard clearing is pretty important for this team, so it's probably going to be switching in a lot. That being said, Eviolite might still be better since it ensures it can take a hit to get a spin off in the first place. Not sure, test it out for yourself.

I like omaster but those eyes on omanyte are too adorable.

Also use mudbray, that thing is ridiculous.

I climbed a bit at the start of S&M with a hail team, but I don't know if thats actually usable any more now that the meta has been established.
