Not sure if it's me, but I'm still getting softbanned sometimes when I travel by train. When I turn on the game in another city I notice I got softbanned, and I have to spin a PokeStop for 40 times to get unbanned. In total I've been softbanned about 3-4 times.

I'm at 750+ caught from the event alone. No shiny. 103 isn't very much in the grand scheme. The lowest odds I've seen are 1/220, but based on my experience I'm highly convinced it's more than that.

I saw one of my main rivals put in a red Gyarados in the gym closest to me. Only 23k but I am still jelly. I do have 170 cp karp with 15 attack which I am about to evolve. Wish me luck with the move set!

Lapras seems to spawn randomly all over the place. There's no regular spawn point/area from what I can tell.

Before Gen 2, we (stepson and I) could take a gym and sit there for at least 14-26 hours. Since the launch, the turnover has been much quicker...until about a week ago. Yes, our local gym (the only one in about 7 miles) has turned over every 12 hours, but in general, we're able to keep a gym long enough that we can collect 4 hours later.

Has anyone else noticed this? We only have 5 gyms within about 15 miles, but right now I'm sitting on one that I've had for almost 36 hours, which was kinda weird considering the activity a couple of weeks ago.
