What would you have it strengths/weaknesses be?

I could see it being super-effective against Steel, Rock and Ice since sound travels faster in solids.

Aside from that, I have no idea.

In Prism, Sound is SE against Psychic, Steel and Ghost. That gives Metagross a 4x weakness, keeping the pattern seen in other pseudo-legendaries.

Evolution mid-battle and size-accurate battle models. That is all I want, and we'll never get it.

Convergent evolutions.

Unlike divergent evolutions, where a single species can evolve into various different species (Eevee, Oddish, Clamperl, etc.), I want to see multiple species evolving into the same thing.

It would be stupid and serve no real purpose, but I just want it for the sake of having something interesting to see.

Something similar to that. But there are enough Pokèmon that are similar to each other for it to work on a bigger scale.

Breed two different cat Pokèmon and get a whole new Pokèmon from the result. Maybe combine their typings?
