Small hurtbox and very floaty, hard to chase and hard to combo
Multiple jumps make it hard to kill despite low weight
Aerial hitboxes disjointed and very quick making it hard to approach in the air, which is where it will be most of its time
Spends much of the match running away and playing lame, which, while a valid strategy, is not fun for the opponent or for spectators

I think it's because it was in the original game for N64. Also, I thought it would be gone in this last version, but Fairy Type happened and somehow it would highlight this lil piece of shit again.
