Tapu Bully might be the strongest Tapu but it is also the only Tapu with a x4 weakness.

It has 130 Attack + Wood Hammer + STAB + 50% boost to Grass-type moves thanks to Grassy Terrain + Life Orb or similar items = Strong damage even if Grass has 7 resistors.

It even gets Swords Dance access to further compound its already insane power. Its nice to see that Gamefreak made the Grassy Terrain inducer a ridiculous wallbreaker that bypasses resists if isn't 4x resisted. If Grass wasn't so resisted by many types, this guy probably would've been on pair with Mega Ray when it comes to streamrolling the metagame. Its truly a living nuke.

If Bulu and Lele were switched I would agree. Lele is allot cuter yes, but Bulu seems pretty awsome if you read it's dex entries. Being able to lift trees easly explains why its buff as hell. A plant deity that works out with some of the heaviest plant material is pretty clever.
