Aside from that it is a balanced item that lets you outspeed faster opponents for the cost of either having to use the same move or switch the next turn, which you opponent should be able to use to their advantage.

Dear god this thing never dies, it shits all over 3/4 of the tapus, has sets/moves that kill most of the UBs. Wrecks breloom, azumarill, Keldeo, etc can outtank clefable. It also ohkos Mega Charizard after stealthrocks. Mega Venusaur is cancer and I love using it.
