Even if it sounds absurd, I think it's possible a bit: in ORAS announcement, the May drawing on Coro-Coro was really fucking weird: it looked like her mouth was recolored to cover a buck teeth.

Also both May and Flanery were Ohmurized but lacked the shitty teeth that the BW and XY ones had, and he didn't do most of the trainer classes that game despite doing a ton of shit before.

Ohmura did a few main characters in Oras, but the character design (which is not the same as illustrating a card with official art) of most of it wasn't his anymore.
