This is my contribution as well. It's one of my favorite Gen 2 designs, and I always hoped something would happen to make it relevant. When we found out that Gen 2 mons were getting evolutions in Gen 4, I was hopeful. Then they teased me again with the Stat buffs from Gen 6 and 7. Ledian is barely even usable in-game, fuck you Game Freak.

Sure, some of it is self-inflicted after they evolve since Gyarados never use their great strength for good purposes, but Magikarps and Gyarados have it rough.
