Sylvally would be good if it had a better moveset.
The idea of an Arceus with non-uber stats was good, but his movepool just doesn't cut it. I think if this thing had a similar movepool to Arceus it would have become a top-tier OU threat.

It doesn't have the things that actually made Arceus great. Things like Recover and Extremespeed.
Also Arceus got type-changing with Z-crystals this gen and Sylvally is locked out of Z-moves if it wants to change type. It's sad.

mega alakazam wasnt an oversight. Alakazam got a +10 to its base stats so to get an additional 100 wasnt considered fair by GF. it only got the extra +10 in gen 7 because of people pointing out it was a mistake. GF never acknowledges their mistakes.
