I had the idea of a being similar to the deep-sea eels that live around volcanic vents. Basically it would be a moray eel (but terrestrial? Like a snake I guess) that lives in icy caves and has a cold exterior but a fire gland in it's mouth that it uses to heat itself/it's prey up. The pokedex would probably mention it has antifreeze in it's blood? I dunno.
Abilities would be something like Refrigerate and Strong Jaw?

Anyway, it would be a very aggressive physical attacker with great striking speed and decent s.defense, but probably physically weak because I don't really know how much force it takes to punch an eel.
