If you don't have lunar ips it's a program that you need to download. Google fire red squirrels and download it. Also copy paste the ips download link in the op and download the ips file from there. Then you open lunar ips and select apply patch and then select the clover ips from wherever you saved it to and then select the fire red rom wherever that is.
