Zubat and Golbat are based on scary, vampire-inspired bats.

Crobat just shits on the concepts and gains two wings to increase its speed for no reason.

They both have that "eerie" feeling that Crobat is lacking.

Does Crobat look intimidating? Sure.
Does it try to look scary? Definitely not.
