It doesn't need boosting moves as much when it has access to U-Turn to run a Specs set with. It even has access to Taunt and Roost. Which allows it deal with walls with recovery. Its awkward speed tier is it's biggest problem if anything.

And nothing's wrong with Kommo-o either, in the sense that it can be improved upon in the future, same with Hydreigon.
The true worst pseudo legend is Goodra, as>>32136170 said. Goodra has very little going for it and unlike Hydreigon and Kommo-o there's not much room for growing potential in the near future beyond a mega.
And IMO Goodra is the worst pseudo designwise. It takes the unique snail aspect Sliggoo was going for and throws it out the window in favor of a Dragonite look alike.
