The Hoenn 'mons in this sheet are the same ones in the last sheet but the Sinnoh 'mons are new (and there's no backsprite collection for Sinnoh in Gen 2 to my knowledge).

This sheet and the next one are huge collabs, not every sprite is the same in quality, yellow/green backgrounds mean they need touchups and red backgrounds mean they'll ideally be replaced if someone makes a better one.

Lastly, some of these sprites are non-canon but it has all the Alolan formes.

Just to give credit, most of the sheets I posted are from Skeetendo. The Gen 3 and 4 frontsprites were done by Blue Emerald, the Gen 3 backsprites and this pic here were done by bloodless, and the Alola devamp is a collab spearheaded by Pia Carrot. The Kalos devamp sheet is from a Spanish-language site called Whack-A-Hack.

Crystal was already 2mb, it probably wasn't worth it to pay the premium on a bigger ROM for such a minor change: they were still pretty expensive at the time if I remember correctly
