I think Kommo-o was designed with a Mega in mind for sometime down the road, since they purposefully trimmed its stats since Dragon + Fighting with Poison & Steel coverage is pretty dangerous.

An actual moveset for starters, give it Close Combat, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Earth Power, Gunk Shot, the elemental punches (Dragonite learns them at lv 1 ffs), Fire Blast and Aura Sphere. That would make him UU at least and BL at most.
Give it Shell Smash if you want to make that an OU threat.

I'll accept the insults for this but I have been using him on my VGC team for a while now and its actually really good if used correctly. I gave him the Fightinium Z with Focus miss and it OHKO's most P2, Snorlax, and even Arcanine depending on the set. You just have to be smart about when to use it.

Better moves. I can deal with its stats being the way they are, as this allows him to be built as either a tank or a sweeper, but when your strongest fighting STAB is fucking sky uppercut, a move that isn't spectacularly strong, has no possible secondary effect and isn't even 100% accurate, you know something is wrong.

Also, give it the elemental punches. It only seems natural that a dragon/fighting type should get the three punches.

Garchomp is still the most used pseudo even after fairies though. Gamefreak simply made it too good. Hydreigon lacks a good speed tier despite lacking counters that aren't fairies. Goodra and Kommo-O are more built like walls than sweepers. Garchomp is the last pseudo that 600 bst wouldn't be put to waste.
