Lots of Pokemon get wasted stats. Zard-X gets 130 Sp. Atk, which no one uses because they can't take advantage of Tough Claws that way. Why not make it mirror Zard-Y, and give it 159 Attack?

On /v/ this would be completely reversed with the majority being so new they think that's something to be jumped on.

The attack stat is pretty good all things considered, and would just need a good physical ghost STAB to dish out some damage. I'd add 10 points to HP, DEF and SPD each to give it some decent bulk.
