What's wrong with Staraptor? I've made so many people DC from Battle Spot once I took out their Tapu Leles or other legendaries out with a well-timed Final Gambit. That and Intimidate make Raptor a great Doubles lead

These. Speed is very crucial, and aside from Choiced sets, it doesn't have much to work with. Im actually surprised it didn't get SD.

110 is a crowded tier as is, so 115+ speed and SD would make it an OU candidate.
