Ice Beam
Earthquake
Recovery
Refresh/Judgment
And have literally no counters in OU
It could laugh off a stone edge from Landorus and nuke it with ice beam, recover next turn, and one-shot Heatran next turn.
Judgement would just be an optional third attack option for absurdly powerful STAB, but opting for refresh means it can't be status stalled, paired with its 120/120/120 defenses.
