Sand is fine and Hail is better than it's ever been. Sun can't be good because Fire is weak to Water, which is the best type in the game, and Grass hates to have the sun up because it boosts Fire attacks.

Sand works, but more as a core of Tyranitar/Hippowdon and Excadrill. Hail is bad because Ice type is bad, and Sun doesn't have good Chlorophyll abusers since Grass is a bad type offensively.
