I'd be happy with just 130 but I can't even begin to imagine 300 new pokemon! The replayability will be insane and the meta will take probably two years to even start having some semblance of settling/standardizing

Add pre-evos for existing legendaries. Lunala and Solgaleo had pre evos.

They can easily have a very different appearance compared to Final evolution.

I had a thought for a finch-like ground type bird as the common pre-evo for all three of the legendary birds since they are based off of Darwin's finches.

-A special event Fearow that can evolve into Ho-Oh and a special event Pelipper that can evolve into Lugia
-Growlithe, Snubbull, Houndour, Swirlix, Furfrou, Electrike, and Rockruff lines can breed offspring of the same specie but with some different colours and/or fur shape
-A falconry minigame where you can use any bird Pokémon that can fly

Pretty good idea, I drew based off that.

I tried going for a drab, unified design for a common pre-evo. Came out looking nice enough.

1) A different Raichu for every new region with an Electric/??? typing.

2) Retcon all trade evo pokemon into having an alternative contest stat method like Milotic and tie those values into Amie/Refresh.

3) A baby minor legend that is available from the very beginning of the game that roams and rarely appears at level 5. It would be very weak until it evolves (level 60+) but it's power would be worth the grind.

I dont think this is very likely, since solgaleo and lunala are ubs they're normal pokemon in ultra space hence the reason as to why they have pre evolutions

I'll bite

1) As far as I've seen, Bug typing is taken PRETTY seriously among GameFreak's staff. If something's going to be Bug typing, it's going to look insectoid 100%.

2) The tiger part seems pasted on. What function does it serve? The ability? There are already hairy arachnids. The typing? There are ways to thematically invoke that. The idea just comes off as silly because all I see is a generic furry head pasted on Galvantula's body.
