nice taste in waifus at least

>Giving freebie out of pity
Yeah, that certainly won't backfire. At all. Nope.
>>
>>32088662
Then there would be no point to run status moves if you were going to give them a free hit.

>Le Ebin Clause
>If you feel like you deserved the win more than your opponent, you can secretly file a complaint when you're losing that automatically makes you win when your last pokemon gets KOed.
>>
Perfectly Healthy Arcanine clause: allows you to offer your opponent to end the match in a draw.

So that people aren't forced to run Stall, Sun teams, or rare abilities on shitty Pokemon just so that they aren't screwed because the game decides to give your opponent a free turn.
If you get a free turn simply because of RNG, the polite thing to do is give up a free turn yourself.

>the polite thing to do is give up a free turn yourself
You do realize the fact that most, if not everyone, will see this "politeness" as demeaning, right?

Hell, might as well do something like this then:
>The Newbie Clause
>If the opponent is a newbie, politeness dictates you lose to him so he can build confidence
There, I'm being polite. Give me medals.
>>
>>32088662
Toxic Clause
>>
>>32088662
>flinching exists to give you a potentially free turn should you outspeed the opponent
>Let them attack you anyway when flinchings entire purpose is to prevent that

That's...really stupid anon. Not only would that make matches an absolute chore to fight through, it'd be a clause left completely up to the RNG, making it impossible to strictly enforce.
>>
>>32089023
>if the opponent is a newbie, politeness dictates you lose to him so he can build confidence
Not really the same thing. Losing because you're a newbie helps you learn more about how you can improve yourself (and it's pretty insulting to have yourself purposely lose because your opponent sucks that much). With something like hax, you don't learn anything from the experience. You don't improve, your opponent doesn't improve, and the game doesn't improve.
You barely have any influence over hax either. So you losing could be the result of a 10%.
The idea, like I said before, is to make battles less influenced by the game being an asshole and more influenced by players being skillful.

Post more frog waifu.

>>32088943
>use Togekiss
>have to give opponent 24 free turns after flinching them repeatedly with Air Slash spam
Or, seeing as the odds are in Togekiss users favour, should the opponent give them a free turn every time their Pokemon actually manages to move?
>>
>>32089391
I have never seen anything so autistic in all of my life.
>>
>>32088662
Might as well just ban everything that can cause freeze, paralysis or flinches instead.
