So recently I dug out my HeartGold because it turns out there's still some stuff I never did. Just saw the Clefairy dance at Mt.Moon for the first time, and downloaded Celebi to see the Giovanni event. Apparently I hadn't ridden the Magnet Train before either, but it wasn't particularly interesting.
Are there any other special events/easy to miss things in this game? I know I beat Red already, any other high level fights in the game? I wish I hadn't transferred my party up, feels weird going through these areas with random Pokemon I don't really have any attachment to

Arceus event

Did you do the Arceus one? Take it to the ruins of Alph
Also do the pokeathlon too
>>32084358
Also the Spiky-eared Pichu event, if you didn't do that.
Have you seen all of the gym leader events?
There's also the gold leaf thing that everyone misses, but it's not too big of a deal.

I'll check those out then

Is that meeting the gym leaders in other locations? Don't think I've done that, it doesn't sound familiar.
And isn't the gold leaf thing a huge pain in the ass to do? Probably not gonna worry about that one

There's there:
>Celebi, depicted in your picture
>(Special-event; not any kind of) Arceus. Bring him to the door of the Ruins of Alph laboratory.
>(Special-event "Pikachu Colored Pichu") Interact with the Ilex Forest's shrine.
Somewhat related to HGSS:
>Three event legendary shiny dogs, trigger an event in gen 5

You saw Giovanni at Tohjo falls, but did you see the one where he's with Silver? I dont remember the details of how it started though
And yeah, HGSS has plenty of character moments with the gym leaders and champion worth seeing, including a few from other games which were really nice. Like seeing Maylene. And a few say nice stuff when you call them too.
Also, this I didnt know, but to back to Dragon's Den after you beat the game. And go to deep Union Cave on a Friday, and go to Lake of Rage on a Wednesday
