Everyone bitches about emergency exit like its not a free switch out. I mean, come on guys. Properly invested, either of its defenses can take 2-3 hits before EE even activates.
So here it is.
Adamant or sassy nature preferred
Maximum Atk and HP investment
Put the 4 in SpD
Wear the assault vest.
As for moves, first impression and sucker punch are a given but the other two slots really matter depending on partnering options but the potential pool includes poison jab, leech life (I run those two, sends Tapu's straight to hell), aqua jet, and liquidation. I however found liquidation to do little for my style.

Golisopod is amazing in Battle Royale too, since free switch outs in that are extremely rare, and when you bring it back in, it's practically guaranteed a kill.
