Whilst Aerilate Boomburst sounds incredible, you can basically already approximate this with a Fly-Z Hurricane. It was already faster than a shit ton of stuff, and so this extra speed doesn't help much. Not sure if this would be the best direction to take a Noivern mega in.

It'd be pretty strong, and Aerilate Boomburst can be used more than once:
252 SpA Aerilate Noivern Boomburst vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mew: 274-324 (80.3 - 95%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
For comparison:
252 Atk Aerilate Salamence-Mega Double-Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 255-301 (74.7 - 88.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Sure, it can't boost its offenses like Salamence, but with that speed and damage it'd easily make OU.

Sadly without solid recovery, wtf is it gonna do? It basically has the same problem as mega Aggron. Sure, it hits hard and can take a few hits. But Snorlax's best/only boosting move is curse.
Dont get me wrong. I want a mega Sborlax too. But at the moment, a mega won't help it.
