Yes/No. It depends on what is popular in the meta at the moment.

The more Physical/Special walls/tanks there are, the more the other type will prevail.

The physical set has the benefit of sword dance. But it also depends on how many threats have physical instead of special bulk. It can go either way really.

Gyro Ball/Shadow Sneak/King's Shield/Toxic is the standard set, although some people run it offensively with weakness policy

I run Sacred Sword, Shadow Sneak, King's Shield and Iron Head with Weakness Policy on Battlespot.
Sucks against mirrors though.
