I really fucking hope not. ORAS was incredibly half-assed, and you fucking know that DPPt remakes would not only be even more half-assed, but you would have people like >>32083111 trying to defend them being half-assed.

I would much rather they just stop with the remakes altogether. If the remakes were all as good as HGSS then I would want all the games remade, but it's clear that the Game Freak of today is not the same Game Freak as the one that made HGSS. They know they can get away with anything and they will abuse it.

Just replay Platinum and be happy with it. Don't ask for something that won't turn out well.

We've gotten to the point all the kiddies that grew up with Gen 4 are begging for remakes. Can't wait for Unovabortions crying for remakes in 3-4 years!

I'm more bothered by the Ultra Beasts. I mean, I love them. I want more. But we can't really just add more Pokemon in the same gen. The best we could get is like a Necrozma form in the DP remakes. By the time the next gen rolls around, Ultra Beasts can't really be relevant in the story without it just retreading S/M territory. It's like we were just introduced to them, but it's already over.
