Raikou: replace Pressure with Galvanize, add Hyper Voice and Energy Ball to its movepool.

Entei: replace Pressure with Intimidate, add Swords Dance, Earthquake and Close Combat to its movepool, make Extreme Speed not event exclusive.

Suicune: replace Pressure with Natural Cure. Add Defog to its movepool.

Considering Crabominable's def is naturally 20+ above Crabrawler and Crabrawler is getting a +20 defense buff, Crabominable would now have 107/107 HP/Def.

Crabominable with 107/107 HP/Def and Fur coat? Went from literal trash to OU in seconds.

Kyurem (regular style)
give it a new ability that's snow warning + my own headcanon of what icy terrain might be - removes all weaknesses of ice types (similar to mega fug's ability) and ofc gives ice moves +50% power like other terrains. if that's too much drop the snow warning effect. if its not enough give it +10 speed

Giratina-O
make gris orb a key item so it can actually use a hold item. that's probably enough but if not give it +10 to offences and speed

Much of the Johto dex needs an overhaul. It has some of my favorite designs that are completely wasted.
Noctowl- def+ 20, replace keen eye with a functional copy of compound eyes, give it hurricane
Lanturn- +10 def +10 spa
Xatu- spa+15 spe +5

So many of these need to be completely redone. Stantler, sunflora, ariados etc. Looking at their stats/movepools/abilities I can't even see what they were going for with them.
